Bethany is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.

Bethany has the heart to foster an environment of empathy and understanding for individuals and families navigating life’s challenges. She has worked as an early childhood educator for nearly a decade. There, she realized the importance of generational health, igniting a path for Trauma-Informed Systems and Marriage and Family Therapy.

Bethany believes that life is an infinite process. Some moments can leave us with the giant question, “Why?”. She strives to uncover the root issues beneath surface-level concerns, helping clients gain clarity and insight into their emotions and behaviors.

Her approach centers on the belief that restoration and healing are possible through recalibrating thoughts and patterns, allowing clients to align their lives with their core values. By exploring the natural cycles of life, she works collaboratively with clients to develop strategies that nurture growth, resilience, and meaningful change.

It is my privilege to have people share their heart and experiences with me. I believe that at our core we know what we want out of life, but sometimes getting there is the hard part. We are all a work in progress, myself included. When appropriate I like to use humor to help alter negative thinking patterns in addition to my empathy, skill, and humanity. I use a collaborative approach in therapy, working with my clients and selecting treatment methods and interventions based on the client’s personality, experiences, and issues
